Joe is a Director in CFO Tech Services with over four years of financial planning and forecasting implementation experience with Anaplan. His experience includes leading Anaplan projects for a wide variety of clients ranging from publicly traded Fortune 500 companies to private equity-backed organizations.
Joe joined Accordion as part of Platform Specialists (acquired by Accordion in 2022). Prior to the acquisition, Joe worked as an Anaplan Practice Director, where he developed Anaplan models to improve the performance of FP&A and HR teams across several industries, such as telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, and medical devices. Joe has led projects to implement Anaplan to transform business functions such as P&L budgeting and forecasting, capital expense planning, workforce expense planning, workforce management, and long-range strategic planning.
Before joining Platform Specialists, Joe worked on an internal Consulting and Analytics team at Toys R Us while receiving his MBA. He worked to provide statistical analysis and support to departments across the organization, ranging from in-store pilot program analysis to supply chain, marketing, and pricing strategy analysis. While at Toys R Us, Joe led the development and implementation of a system to track and assess the success of promotion campaigns and sales through statistical regression analysis.
Prior to this, Joe worked at the international law firm Ropes & Gray, LLP as a member of the FP&A and Pricing teams. At Ropes & Gray, Joe was responsible for creating forecasts and valuations of new clients and cases, using these forecasts to develop pricing strategies.
Joe holds a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
