Zach is a Director with nearly 10 years of advisory, and FP&A experience with clients ranging from middle-market to large conglomerates. Zach specializes in M&A operational due diligence and execution services.
Before joining Accordion, Zach served as an advisor to senior management in numerous transactions with a focus on operating models, day-1 readiness, day-100 planning, value capture, one-time costs, run-rate analysis, and TSA Management. His transaction experience spans industries including Industrials, Technology, Healthcare, and Financials.
Zach started his career in corporate finance in valuation where he was responsible for executing valuation models and margin attribution analysis. He continued as a manager of FP&A with a focus on identifying actionable operating levers and supporting execution.
As an U.S. Army Staff Sergeant and squad leader, Zach served in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2006 to 2007. In fixed-forward supply and logistics, he advised aviation maintenance operations officers to maximize aircraft readiness.
Zach graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in International Economics and from the University of Chicago with a M.B.A. in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
