Krystal is a Director with more than a decade of experience in accounting and finance at large global public companies. Her prior roles include global controllership, FP&A, revenue recognition, and technical accounting. She specializes in revenue operations and ASC 606 implementation.
Before joining Accordion, Krystal was a Revenue Manager at Zoom Video Communications, where she oversaw revenue operations and cash applications. In this role, she accelerated the financial close process, drove efficiencies through automating key business processes, and integrated various new product initiatives into the revenue operations cycle.
Prior to Zoom Video Communications, she served as both Director and Senior Manager at Commscope, a network infrastructure provider. As Director of FP&A she was responsible for the P&L and financial operations for a billion dollar global business unit. As Senior Manager she led the implementation of ASC 606 and served as a technical accounting advisor to the finance teams.
Krystal started her career at Ernst & Young in the assurance practice. Client industries served included financial services, real estate, and technology.
Krystal graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.S. in accounting and from North Carolina State University with a M.S. in accounting.
