Kristin is a Managing Director with more than 20 years’ experience assisting professional services organizations to maximize the effectiveness of their operations on a strategic basis, improving performance in financial, management and technology- related areas, and building companies that are deemed to be “destination” employers within their industries.
With Accordion, Kristin leads the Global Operations function focused on the overall management of the company’s international operations. This includes overseeing the implementation of corporate policies and procedures, merger integration, and ensuring that all operations are conducted in an effective and efficient manner.
Before joining Accordion, Kristin led the national strategy and operations functions for BD0 USA’s 2000+ professional Advisory practice, and served as Chief Operating Officer of Restructuring and Litigation firm, Mesirow Financial Consulting, LLC. She has extensive global experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and creating appropriate organizational and operational processes to support strategic execution.
Kristin has a proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to create impactful organizational change and a collaborative operating environment. Specifically, she excels at leading award-winning organizations to realize strategic business objectives, assess strategic alternatives, leverage human capital, and ensure planned and profitable growth through the establishment of operational excellence and the alignment of strategy, systems and execution. Kristin is also a frequent author and speaker on the topics of organizational alignment, leadership, corporate governance, organizational efficacy and employee incentives.
Kristin has a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Creighton University, an MBA from Arizona State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. She is also an adjunct professor on the topics of leadership, business ethics, toxic leadership, and human resources strategy and management.
