Jordan Mauro

Jordan Mauro

Jordan is a Vice President with nearly two decades of advisory and industry expertise with clients ranging from pre-revenue startups to multi-billion dollar global enterprises. He specializes in the operational improvement and commercial growth strategies.

Before joining Accordion, Jordan spent nearly ten years serving private equity and strategic clients. He has led operational and commercial due diligence and strategy engagements in support of pre-close acquisitions and divestitures and post-close projects to realize value capture, cost takeout, and synergies identified during diligence.

Jordan has worked in various strategic advisory roles, researching and analyzing enterprises, customers, competitors, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities for growth. He has performed over 50 operational due diligences – identifying synergies, opportunities for cost takeout, and one-time costs associated with tuck-ins and divestitures. Jordan has also planned and led PMI and SMO teams during first 100 days to ensure operational and commercial continuity.

His experience includes working with private equity and global strategic clients with operations throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. He has experience in a number of industries, including healthcare & life science, energy, technology, industrial manufacturing, mobile applications, media, and telecommunications.

Jordan started his career in industry working with multiple SMBs to design, implement, and improve processes and technology controlling product development and introduction, supply chains, inventory management, third party vendors, inbound and outbound logistics.

Jordan graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
