Jonathan is a Director with nearly 5 years of accounting and advisory experience in both the private and public space. He specializes in assessing the Finance and Accounting function of a company and its need for improvement around structure, process, and reporting.
With Accordion, Jonathan has worked on engagements which involve cash to accrual conversion, revenue 606 implementation, finance function integration, ERP implementation, creating and updating internal controls and accounting policies, as well as documenting current state and recommended future state of business processes.
Before joining Accordion, Jonathan was with PwC where he worked as an auditor in the industrial and consumer market industry. He was also involved in a Non-GAAP AUP for several professional sports organizations.
Jonathan’s main responsibilities were around the revenue recognition standards and inventory valuation. He started his career working on a carve-out audit for a division of a Fortune 100 corporation and remained on the engagement through the IPO and initial audit of the standalone corporation.
Jonathan graduated from Siena College with a M.S. and B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
