Throughout his career, Gaurav has demonstrated a strong ability to drive business growth through analytical planning, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative problem-solving. He is also passionate about mentoring emerging talent and has a proven track record in recruiting top talent.
Gaurav began his career as an Energy Market Analyst with a focus on trading commodities. He then transitioned his career to the analytics industry, where he spent several years in various roles providing advanced analytical solutions to private equity and SaaS companies.
Gaurav earned a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Between his stints in the analytics industry, Gaurav completed his M.B.A. from Indian School of Business Hyderabad, and he continues to lead, build, and motivate high-performing teams.
