William Bryce

William is a Vice President with over six years of financial analysis experience in multiple industries. He is well-versed in financial modeling, business operations, performance and process improvement, and systems implementations and upgrades.

Prior to joining Accordion, William served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Spice World, a major grower, processor, and distributor of fresh and value-added garlic products. William built out the financial planning & analysis function from the ground up, and his financial analyses were key to informing the company’s strategy and growth. Also, William was a critical contributor to a successful ERP implementation, where the company converted from a legacy AS400 system to a streamlined, NetSuite-oriented technology stack.

Before Spice World, William also worked in corporate financial planning and analysis at Home Market Foods, a leading manufacturer of protein-based meals and snacks. He provided financial analysis support across the business, driving profitable growth through collaboration with sales, trade, marketing, manufacturing, and R&D. William’s analyses contributed to successful product launches in several channels, and also drove cost savings and operational improvements in existing lines of business. Additionally, he assisted in due diligence and subsequent integration of an acquisition target.

William began his career at HubLogix, a startup e-commerce software provider to small and medium sized businesses, where he was responsible for financial statement analysis and reporting.

William graduated from Bryant University with a B.S. in International Business, and from Claremont McKenna College with a M.A. in Finance.
