Patrick Long

Patrick Long

Patrick is an Associate with nearly five years of experience in management consulting. He has extensive experience guiding a broad range of clients through uncertainty and increasing profitability. Patrick specializes in building financial models and operational forecasts for a wide variety of industries.

Prior to joining Accordion, Patrick was an independent management consultant solving operational, financial, and strategic issues for a variety of local, small business clients. His practice largely helped clients navigate and overcome a variety of challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Patrick began his post-graduate career as an investment consultant for Astraea Investment & Management where he evaluated private equity investment opportunities, performed comprehensive due diligence, and presented investment recommendations. Patrick also spent some time successfully turning around and restructuring a portfolio company for Bancroft Operations.

Patrick started his post-undergraduate career as a financial analyst for Loncar & Associates where he facilitated organizational success by supporting the CFO with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. He was subsequently promoted to Manager of mass tort operations where he took charge of accounting, evaluated prospective mass tort investments, and developed marketing strategies.

Patrick graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas with a M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He also holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.
