Jacob is a Vice President with more than 6 years of experience in corporate debt advisory, turnaround & restructure consulting, and real estate capital markets.
Prior to Accordion, Jacob worked at Kreshmore Group, a boutique investment bank, in both their Debt Advisory and Turnaround & Restructure practices. In his role as Vice President of Debt Advisory, Jacob determined, sourced, and procured optimal financing and capital stack structures for both healthy and distressed middle-market companies through in-depth financial analysis, financial modeling, business operations analysis, and creditor negotiations. Jacob served many industries, including Retail, Convenience & Gas, Hospitality, Transportation, and Commercial Real Estate markets.
In addition to Debt Advisory, Jacob served as a consultant to senior management in numerous turnaround situations and formal restructurings with a focus on working capital improvement, creditor negotiations, bankruptcy proceedings, operational improvement, liquidity management, and cash flow projections. Additionally, he assisted in multiple buy-side and sell-side engagements.
Jacob began his career at CDM Media, an events organizer focusing on the office of the CIO and CISO, where he was responsible for CIO and CISO Relationship Management of the Fortune 500 and similarly-sized private organizations.
Jacob graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance and Business Analytics.
